GSA issued FAS Instructional Letter IL 2013-06 to reiterate their interpretation of cancelled clause I-FSS-125 dated September 1999 and delete any remaining I-FSS-125 clauses and similar language, from existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts.
