GSA Extends Moratorium on EPA Limitations through September 2025
On December 13, 2024, GSA released the updated Acquisition Letter MV-22-02, Supplement 5, in order to extend the temporary moratorium on the enforcement of certain GSA Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) limitations through September 30, 2025.
This extension is to provide additional time for the publication of a final rule for the resultant implementation of a new economic price adjustment clause for the Multiple Award Schedule program.
