GSA Extends Moratorium on EPA Limitations through End of 2024
On February 28, 2024, GSA released the updated Acquisition Letter MV-22-02, Supplement 4, in order to extend the temporary moratorium on the enforcement of certain GSA Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) limitations through December 31, 2024.
This extension is to provide time for the publication of a final rule for the resultant implementation of a new economic price adjustment clause for the Multiple Award Schedule program.
