GSA Schedule Services

BH Sky offers turnkey services to companies seeking to acquire GSA Schedule contracts as well as those needing expert assistance with the management of their existing contracts.  Our service begins with a Pre-assessment to determine the following:

  • Does the product or service your company offers fall within the scope of a GSA or VA Schedule Contract?

  • Does your company meet the basic core requirements?

  • Is there a demand for your product and/or service?

  • Is your pricing competitive?

After the pre-assessment is completed (and assuming your product or service qualifies), BH Sky works one-on-one with your team to prepare the GSA proposal.  After completion and final review of the proposal we submit the completed document through the GSA eOffer/eMod system.

Following submission, GSA typically will request clarification on one or more items from the contractor before entering into the negotiation phase.  We work very closely with our clients in this final phase by leveraging our experience to negotiate the best possible contract terms, conditions and pricing for our clients.  BH Sky then prepares and submits the Final Proposal Revision (FPR) to your designated GSA Contract Specialist (CS) / Contracting Officer (CO).

What Happens After Your Contract Has Been Awarded?

BH Sky offers a variety of GSA Contract Management services during the post-award phase of your contract that includes both initial start-up and ongoing maintenance.  Because there is often a time lapse between submission and final award of the contract, BH Sky initially performs a series of checks following the award to confirm that the contract is in compliance.  We also perform a number of startup tasks, such as uploading product/service data to GSA eLibrary (contractor’s one source for GSA contract award information), and GSA Advantage! (the Federal Government’s online catalog ordering system that gives government agencies the ability to easily order the items you have under contract).

Once Awarded, Will the Contract Need to be Maintained?

Yes.  Without performing certain ongoing tasks, you risk driving your contract towards non-compliance.  These Contract Management tasks may include acceptance of mass modifications, updating the System for Award Management (SAM) registration, quarterly sales reporting and IFF submission, subcontract plan reporting, exercising contract renewal options, and periodically performing compliance checks.  Additional tasks may be required such as contract modifications, which provide a mechanism for you to initiate price changes and add or delete items to your GSA Schedule Contract.
