BH Sky now has a team with over 50 years of federal contracting experience that includes NCMA Certified Schedule Contract Managers (CSCM) and former Federal Contracting Officers (COs) that provide expertise and guidance through the GSA Schedules process including GSA Schedule Proposal Preparation, GSA Contract Management and Government Market-Intelligence analysis.
