Important Update: New EPA Clause Implementation under the MAS Solicitation

GSA has incorporated a new Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Clause, GSAR 552.238-120, into the MAS Solicitation. This new clause replaces the legacy EPA clauses 552.216-70 and I-FSS-969.

To ensure compliance with this update, please note that before submitting any price-related modifications—including additions, EPAs, and option extensions—you must first submit a Revise Terms and Conditions modification. This step is essential, as it establishes your contract’s new EPA mechanism under the updated GSAR 552.238-120 framework.

Next Steps for Contractors:

  1. Review and accept Mass Modification Refresh 29 (A905), which implements the updated EPA Clause.
