New OASIS+ Multi-Agency Contract
The New OASIS+ Multi-agency contract is a new contract program with expanded scope of services and flexible domain-based structure replacing the OASIS contract vehicle, expiring in 2024. The new program is GSA’s next best-in-class (BIC) multi-agency contract (MAC) for non-IT Services.
The new program will fulfill requirements currently met by GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS); Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) and Building, Maintenance and Operations (BMO) contracts. New scope areas also will include environmental, intelligence services and large enterprise solutions. The Indefinite-delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be organized by Domains – functional groupings of services spanning multiple NAICS codes. The contract will have continuous on-ramping and eliminate caps on the number of awards. Contract will allow for both commercial and non-commercial services and orders of all types including fixed price, time and material, cost reimbursement and hybrid.
GSA anticipates the release of a draft solicitation by early fiscal year 2023 and final RFP in the second quarter of the fiscal year.
