The General Services Administration (GSA) recently released a memorandum to temporarily waive certain requirements for offers under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program in order to better support the Government’s response to COVID-19. The memo waives the following requirements for both new Offerors and current GSA Contractors adding new products, services or solutions:
GSA Digital Certificate not needed after March 8th, 2021
Effective Monday, March 8th 2021, the General Services Administration (GSA) is transitioning to the GSA FAS ID for the GSA eOffer and GSA eMod systems. Digital Certificates will no longer be needed to access eOffer and eMod.
The GSA FAS ID is a secure, centralized identity management system that allows you to access many GSA applications with a single email and password. The GSA FAS ID has already been implemented on the FAS Sales Reporting Portal (SRP), GSA Advantage Purchase Order Portal, GSA Vendor Portal, Mass Mod Portal and GSA eBuy.
If you already have an established GSA FAS ID, you will need to complete a short registration in order to add each of the web applications to your account. If you do not have an established GSA FAS ID, you can register by clicking here.
